1. All rates subject to NJ sales tax. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates apply to 3 weeks advance reservations only.
  2. Two nights advance deposit required to confirm reservation. Deposits applied to final 2 nights stay.
  3. Balance due upon arrival in cash, Travelers Check, Visa Card or Master Card. No personal checks.
  4. Deposit refundable (not transferable) - Only if notified 3 weeks prior to arrival date and subject to 25% service charge.
  5. NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS FOR CANCELLATION WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL DATE.
  6. NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER, EARLY DEPARTURE, NO-SHOWS, ACCIDENTS OR ILLNESS.
  7. Reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strike, failure of guests to vacate or conditions beyond our control.
  8. Room type requests will be honored based on availability; however we cannot guarantee exact room location - one car per unit - STRICTLY ENFORCED.
  9. Confirmed reservations held until 6pm unless notified.
